Director Returns to MLB Network's "Hot Stove"

Lauren Meyer was invited back to MLB Network’s Hot Stove. She discussed The Other Boys of Summer and the 100th Anniversary of the founding of the Negro Leagues with Harold Reynolds and Matt Vasgersian. 2020 marks 100 years since Rube Foster gathered the owners of the top black baseball teams to the Paseo YMCA in Kansas City and signed the forms officially founding the Negro National League. The teams who made up the original 1920 league hailed from Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Detroit, Dayton, St. Louis and Kansas City.
